Pennsylvania details
The HealthChoices Physical Health agreement (effective January 1, 2024) requires each managed care plan's Home Visiting Program, offered to first-time parents, families with identified risk factors and any family that asks, to address lactation care. No DHS bulletin or plan document setting up a separately payable lactation consultation service was found. The Medical Assistance fee schedule can only be opened after accepting a license, so it wasn't checked.
