Directory listings

Listings are compiled from public records, chiefly the federal NPI registry and CMS data. We work to keep them accurate but don't guarantee that any listing is complete, current or error-free. A listing is not an endorsement, and we don't verify any provider's license, training or quality of care. Confirm details directly with the provider.

Provider accounts

Providers and their staff can create a free account to claim a listing. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, with no password, so keep that inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in. We may suspend or close an account that misuses the site or misstates who it represents.

Claiming a listing

To claim a listing you confirm that you're the provider listed or are authorized to act for the practice, and we check it: with a code sent to an address at the practice's website domain, or by comparing the role and credential you give us with the federal NPI record and, where we can, calling the number on file. One account manages each listing. Claiming is free. It doesn't change where a listing appears, and we don't add “verified” badges, ratings or reviews. A claimed listing is still not an endorsement, and we don't verify any provider's license, training or quality of care.

What providers publish

You're responsible for the accuracy of the details you add (description, services, languages, hours, links, contact details, photos and logos) and for having the right to publish them. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, format and store that content on this site for as long as it's published. We review every change before it appears. We may shorten, decline or remove content that is inaccurate or misleading, uses ratings, reviews, testimonials or claims like “best” or “top-rated”, is unlawful, or shows clients without their permission. Your name, city, NPI and specialty come from the NPI registry; change them at nppes.cms.hhs.gov.

Messages to providers

Claimed listings can receive messages through a contact form. We send each message to the provider by email so they can reply to you directly. We aren't part of what follows, and we don't promise a reply, an appointment or a price. Providers may use a message only to answer the person who sent it, and may not add them to a mailing list without their consent. We never sell or share messages with anyone else. Don't send medical details or emergencies through the form; in an emergency, call 911.

Removing a listing

A provider can ask us to remove their listing. We confirm the request with the provider, usually by calling the number on file, and then hide the listing on every page of the site. Search engines may show the old page for a few weeks. The record stays in the federal NPI registry, which we don't control.

Benefits, costs and calculators

Benefit rules, prices and calculator results are estimates based on published sources and the dates shown. The program, agency or plan makes the final decision on eligibility and coverage.

Some pages link to partner companies, labeled as partners. Their products, services and sites are their own, and their terms apply when you use them. See our affiliate disclosure.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes scraping that burdens the service, sending false claims or messages, and trying to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site.

Content ownership

Guides, design and original text on this site belong to The Mom Site. Public-record data stays public. You may link to any page and quote short passages with attribution.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, The Mom Site isn't liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content or listings.
