The only lactation-specific payment found is inside the doula benefit: enrolled doulas bill S9443 for up to two lactation education and support sessions per pregnancy ($50 each), which include referral to licensed lactation professionals. No lactation consultant or IBCLC benefit appears in the current Physicians or Hospital manuals. KFF 2021 reported Missouri covered outpatient and home lactation visits; current manuals do not show a separate IBCLC benefit.
