IBCLCs, CLCs and CLSs enroll in IMPACT as a new provider type and may enroll as sole proprietors who bill directly; FQHCs, RHCs and encounter rate clinics bill under the rendering consultant's NPI, and telehealth is allowed. APRNs who hold these credentials bill E/M codes instead. No visit limit is stated in the notice or fee schedule.
