No Medicaid doula benefit. Coverage was proposed in the Governor's 2021-23 and 2023-25 budgets and removed by the Legislature; a 2026 Medicaid doula bill was introduced, but it had not passed as of September 2026. The state ran doula pilots in Madison and Milwaukee starting in 2019.
