Guideline Note 140 of the October 1, 2026 Prioritized List covers lactation support for pregnant members and through six months postpartum, and S9443 sits on funded Line 3 and pays $51.95 on the September 2026 OHP fee schedule. OHA added Oregon-licensed lactation consultants (licensure requires IBCLC standing) as a Medicaid provider type after a March 2020 State Plan notice, and OHA's active FFS provider file lists individually enrolled providers under provider type 61 - Lactation Consultant; the approved SPA itself could not be retrieved from medicaid.gov.
