The only lactation-specific payment found is inside the doula benefit: enrolled doulas bill S9443 for up to two lactation education and support sessions per pregnancy ($50 each), which include referral to licensed lactation professionals. No lactation consultant or IBCLC benefit appears in the current Physicians or Hospital manuals.
