Florida details
Florida did not report presumptive eligibility in KFF's January 2025 survey. Florida's 12-month postpartum coverage runs through a section 1115 waiver; CMS made it effective on the effective date of Florida SB 2526 (July 1, 2022). Florida Medicaid is administered by the Agency for Health Care Administration; the Department of Children and Families (ACCESS Florida) takes applications.
