Between 260% and 265% FPL, coverage is through CHIP's From Conception to End of Pregnancy option, which covers the pregnancy (the unborn child) regardless of the parent's immigration status; benefits and postpartum coverage under this option can be narrower than full Medicaid. Medicaid covers pregnancy up to 195% FPL and CHIP covers pregnant individuals up to 260% FPL.
